Crème Fraîche

Back in Toronto I remember spending a good part of one Sunday searching the city for crème fraîche, for a monkfish recipe Janet and I were preparing. I searched high and low and only found it finally at Pusateri's (for about nine #&%* bucks a tub). Here there is a crème fraîche section of the dairy case, in regular and light, with a couple of brands to choose from.

On the other hand, finding some chili peppers is proving a real challenge.
